Scoutball:
TEAM
Team of 14 players: 6 on the field (3 of them must be girl) and 8 out of the match. Each team needs two t-shirt of different but similar colour, light and dark, with a personal number (drawed or attached) on the back. Changes are no limited and you can change players, after communicating to the referee, when the action is stopped. Each team will have a captain.
GENERAL RULES
The match is divided in two times of 10 minutes each one, divided by 3 minutes. Each player must have a tail, made of his own neckerchief put on the back inside of the pants, 20/25 cm out of the t-shirt. We will play with normal circular balls. No shoes with hells. Don’t touch the ball with any part of the body under the belt. At the beginning of each time, the ball is in the middle of the field and the teams must be beyond their last line of the field. In case of bad weather we play anyway. Auto-goal and auto-tail are allowed.
GOAL
The goal is convalidated when the palyer is able to put the ball beyond the goal’s line; if the ball falls from the hands of the forward or is in movement instead that being fixed or the forward make fall the goal’s poles, the goal is not convalidated. In order to make a goal, the player can exceeded totally with the entire body the goal’s line. If a defender make fall the goal’s poles the goal is convalidated. Once that a forward exceeded the goal’s line, he can be only stopped detaching his tail (but the player detaching must have the feet in the field): any other attempts to stop the forward is punished by technical goal. Obviously if a forward take the ball after it has already exceeded the goal’s line and he makes goal, the goal is not convalidated and the ball is given to the defensive team. After each goal, the makers go back to their half field and the ball is of the other team. The teams will leave beyond their last line of the field, but the team without the ball haven’t to exceeded the half line before that the ball will exceed this line (instead the team with the ball is free to move all around the field, paying attention to not committed fault in the goal area).
TAIL
The player that lose the tail correctly must exit to the field till the next goal made from any team or till the new time. The tail lost is convalidated when the player that have the ball lose the tail because of an adversary and when, throw the ball in the air, the player lose the tail and touch again the ball (with any part of the body) before it touch the floor. In all the other cases it is considered tail not lost and the player that had lost the tail for mistake, conquer a free kick. The player that make three mistake detaching the tails, have to exit to the field till the next goal made from any team or till the new time; in that case the free kick is for the team that lose the player. When change the time, there will be ersased the count of the tails mistaked. When a team remain with only two players in the field, it is given a technical goal to the other team. There will be used the advantage’s rule whenever the referee think it opportune.
FAULTS
When it clear that a player is keeping the hand near to the tail of an adversary, i twill be considered fault. When a foot of the player that have the ball or the same ball exceed totally the line around the field is considered free kick. When player involved in an action lose his tail, it is considered fault against his team. It will be considered also the smashing and clogging faults.
PARTICOULAR FAULTS
- When the forward running sweeps up the defenders or the goal’s poles;
- If the player doesn’t keep attention to his clothes (short tail or t-shirt out of the pants);
- when is clear the lack of fair play
- when the player kick the ball with feet;
- when the player contests the referee’s decisions or insults the referee or other players;
